Integrity Review Update
SGACIF Opens First Integrity Review and Public-Interest Assessment
Evidence-Based Review, Transparency, and Public Trust

The Shaker Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Foundation (SGACIF) announces the opening of its first Integrity Review and Public-Interest Assessment as part of the Foundation's commitment to transparency, accountability, responsible governance, and evidence-based review practices.
This milestone represents the first formal review activity initiated since the Foundation officially commenced operations on June 15, 2026.
The review process has been opened in response to information, documentation, communications, and public-interest concerns submitted to the Foundation for consideration. As with all SGACIF review activities, the objective is not to reach predetermined conclusions, but rather to examine available information in a responsible, fair, and structured manner.
The Foundation's review process is guided by principles of integrity, objectivity, transparency, accountability, and respect for lawful procedures. SGACIF does not function as a court, law enforcement agency, prosecutor, or governmental authority. Instead, the Foundation seeks to promote responsible review practices and contribute to informed public-interest dialogue concerning matters relevant to governance and institutional integrity.
Initial Review Focus
The newly opened review will initially focus on the collection, organization, and assessment of available information. During this phase, the Foundation may review documentation, correspondence, witness information, public records, and other materials that may assist in understanding the matters under consideration.
Where appropriate, SGACIF may also seek clarification, request additional supporting information, and engage qualified independent experts to assist with methodology, evidence organization, governance analysis, technical review, or other specialized areas relevant to the review process.
Important Clarification
The Foundation emphasizes that the opening of a review does not constitute a finding of wrongdoing, legal liability, criminal conduct, or institutional fault. Reviews remain ongoing until sufficient information has been assessed and no final conclusions should be inferred from the existence of an active review.
As part of its commitment to transparency, SGACIF will publish future updates through its official website regarding significant developments, procedural milestones, and public-interest information relevant to the review process.
“Integrity begins with the willingness to examine facts honestly. Accountability begins with transparency. SGACIF was established to promote responsible review, public trust, and evidence-based assessment. The opening of our first Integrity Review represents an important step in fulfilling that mission.”
The Foundation remains committed to conducting all review activities in good faith, with professionalism, fairness, and respect for the principles of integrity and public trust.
Additional updates will be published as the review process progresses.
Integrity. Transparency. Accountability. Public Trust.
