SGPRE – Global Humanitarian Framework

The Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem (SGPRE) is the master humanitarian framework designed to connect poverty reduction, anti-corruption, institutional integrity, education support, and structured humanitarian development programs.

Morad Shaker is identified as the founder and architect of SGPRE, while SGACIF operates within the ecosystem as the integrity and accountability foundation layer.

The purpose of SGPRE is to organize multiple humanitarian initiatives under one clear structure so each organization has a defined role and the wider system remains understandable to visitors, institutions, and partners.

Its mission is to support poverty reduction, integrity, accountability, education access, and humanitarian development through coordinated institutional systems.

SGACIF is the anti-corruption, integrity, governance, and accountability layer within SGPRE. It strengthens the overall ecosystem by supporting institutional transparency, ethical public service, and structured review frameworks.

This structure clarifies the relationship among Morad Shaker as founder, SGPRE as the coordinating framework, and SGACIF as the institutional integrity foundation within the ecosystem.
